Divergent Technologies signed an exclusive agreement with Maury Microwaves Corporation for distribution of the Maury Microwaves products and services. Under this agreement, Divergent Technologies will distribute the Maury Microwaves Corporation products in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand. The products include the RF and MW characterization Solutions, Precision Calibration Solutions, components and accessories. Divergent Technologies signed an exclusive agreement with ATV for distribution of automation solutions for measurement, test and control technologies. Under this agreement, Divergent Technologies will distribute ATV products in Asia Pacific. The products include the ATV automation Test Systems and Software. June 4, 2014 – Divergent Technologies signed the exclusive distribution agreement with MPI Corporation
Divergent Technologies signed an exclusive agreement with MPI Corporation for distribution of the new Advanced Semiconductor Test (AST) division products. Under this agreement, Divergent Technologies will distribute the AST products in South Asia Pacific, China and Korea. AST products include the engineering probe stations, high frequency RF probes and accessories for on-wafer characterization market.
