  • ATV developed the HV Isolog as an insulation resistance measuring device for reliability testing of printed circuit board structures. It can measure resistances from 1 GΩ up to 1TΩ and perform long-term testing on up to 480 test structures with a maximum 1kV stress voltage on the insulator.
    The system can log 6 temperature sensors and 6 humidity sensors in parallel.
    The test system can be equipped with up to 12 independent voltage sources. Each source supports up to 40 test structures, allowing a maximum of 480 individual elements to be monitored. Up to 6 test groups with different environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity are supported.
    The data recording of the individual channels is done with individual amplifier modules, which measure the leakage currents of the component for the individual test structures. The individual measurement data is processed in the connected computer and recorded for evaluation.
