The AM3200-series pulsed IV system is the perfect tool for biasing transistors in quasi-isothermal conditions and enabling accurate compact modeling activities. The AM3200 is capable of providing pulse widths down to 200ns for quasi-iso thermal transistor operation and up to 200s for characterizing trapping effects as well as providing non-zero quiescent bias control for identifying gate-lag and drain lag effects. Paired with the IVCAD software platform it provided a turnkey solution for pulsed IV measurements, compact model extraction, and load pull for model validation and refinement, the AM3200 helps you extract more accurate models in shorter times and brings your designs quicker to market.
Features and Benefits
  • Pulse widths down to 200ns
  • Synchronized pulsed S-parameter measurements
